The particleboard production line adopts PLC computer automation control as a whole, which can realize automatic template loading, automatic application of release agent, automatic batching, automatic sizing, automatic spreading, automatic leveling, automatic slitting, automatic repressing, automatic board connection and other automatic functions .
1. The channel dryer is divided into three channel dryers and single channel dryers, which breaks through the limitation of the capacity of rotor dryers and solves the bottle diameter problem encountered in particleboard production
2. Using advanced glue-spraying technology to make the shavings glue more evenly, the glue material is automatically proportioned according to different production needs, and the glue is automatically mixed according to the formula (gluing)
3. Using advanced machinery and airflow paving technology, the surface is finer and more precise (the paving accuracy can reach within ±3.5%)
4. On the basis of the process test, optimize the performance of the hydraulic system motor-oil pump configuration scheme of the multi-layer press, in order to obtain a reasonable configuration scheme, so that the hydraulic system can reach the configuration of the friend chain
5. The post-processing section fully considers the drying time, and the vertical and horizontal saw adopts higher linear speed cutting to ensure the appearance quality of the finished board corners
6. The electrical control adopts the bus communication mode, and the process parameters and operating status fault conditions of the production process are set, operated, monitored and recorded through software, which greatly increases the automatic closed-loop regulation loop, reduces manual intervention, and ensures the stable operation of the process.
